Matrix Data Network is a connectivity, intelligence, and engineering services company built around two decades of running production-grade infrastructure. We don't design systems on paper. We design them, build them, and then run them at scale.
Matrix Data Network was founded in 2005 and has spent over two decades building, operating, and scaling production-grade connectivity infrastructure across Lebanon. We started as an internet service provider — and grew into a full-service technology operator.
Today we design and run GPON fiber networks, point-to-point and point-to-multipoint wireless links, 24/7 network operations, enterprise IT infrastructure, and the AI and software platforms that run on top of them. That ISP background is what sets us apart. Most technology consultancies design systems on paper. We design them, build them, and then run them at 99.9% uptime on behalf of our clients every single day.
We've partnered with government distributors and national service providers to extend our network across Lebanon — giving us direct, hands-on experience navigating the regulatory, technical, and operational complexity that large-scale network programs demand. That experience is the foundation of everything we offer.
We don't just design systems. We build them. And then we run them at scale.
Each pillar is built on deep, hands-on operational experience — work we have done, are doing, and run in production today. Together they form a single, coherent delivery practice for clients building the infrastructure of the next decade.
End-to-end design, build, and operation of fiber and wireless networks. From route survey and cable scheduling to live 24/7 network operations — engineered for the production realities of the regions we serve.
We don't just build AI — we run it. Machine learning, analytics, digital twins, and custom platforms built by engineers who have to live with what they ship. Every model we deploy runs in a system we operate.
Engineering design, technical consultancy, and integrated program management — built to international standard. Feasibility through award, mobilization, delivery, and close-out, for clients across government, semi-government, and private sectors.
Our engineering practice is the deepest pillar at Matrix — built to international standard, refined through delivery of multi-stakeholder programs, and structured around the disciplines that get complex infrastructure work delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
Full-lifecycle bidding support — from opportunity qualification through post-award negotiation. Built on the rigor required for government, semi-government, and large enterprise tenders.
Project, programme, and portfolio offices designed to deliver complex infrastructure on time and to specification. From mobilization to close-out — governance, controls, stakeholder rhythms, and reporting that gets large programs delivered.
Engineering design and technical consultancy for renewable energy projects. Feasibility studies, system architecture, technical specifications, and supplier evaluation — covering solar PV, wind, storage, and microgrid applications.
Multi-disciplinary engineering design, technical drawings, and detailed design documentation delivered to international standard. Concept through detailed design for infrastructure, facilities, and complex systems projects.
Pre-investment and pre-construction studies that de-risk major programs. Site investigations, technical feasibility, financial modeling, options analysis, and project structuring — the rigorous front-end work that determines whether a program is worth committing to.
Integrated planning and program management for smart city and large infrastructure initiatives. We help authorities and developers turn vision into delivered infrastructure — combining engineering, technology, and operational discipline.
Our engineering practice is built on internationally recognized frameworks — PMI and PRINCE2 disciplines for project management, FIDIC-aligned principles for contracts. We don't reinvent process. We apply the discipline that delivers the world's largest infrastructure programs to every engagement, regardless of scale.
We don't sell AI as a buzzword. We embed it into the infrastructure we operate and the systems we deliver — predictive models that prevent fiber faults, computer vision that inspects installations, generative AI that handles tender preparation, digital twins that simulate networks before they're built. Every model we ship runs in a system that someone depends on. That's how we know it works.
Predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, traffic forecasting, and capacity planning — built on telemetry from live fiber networks, including our own. Anticipate faults before subscribers feel them.
Drone-based fiber route surveys, automated site inspections, equipment recognition, and visual quality assurance for field installations and maintenance work. Cameras and models do the looking; engineers do the deciding.
Churn prediction, customer segmentation, fraud detection, automated billing intelligence — running live on the subscriber operations Matrix manages today. Built on real data, not demos.
Smart work-order routing, technician dispatch optimization, automated ticket triage, intelligent scheduling — turning field operations into a measurable, optimizable system instead of a queue of paper tickets.
Generative AI and large language models applied to the unglamorous work — tender preparation, technical proposal drafting, contract analysis, automated reporting. Weeks of manual effort, reduced to hours, with engineering review in the loop.
Virtual replicas of fiber networks, energy systems, and smart-city infrastructure — for planning, what-if analysis, training, and operational simulation. Stress-test the network before you build it.
Our practice integrates emerging technologies across cloud, edge, AI, IoT, and next-generation wireless — bringing the tools of tomorrow into the infrastructure and applications we design, build, and operate today.
Manara (منارة) — Arabic for lighthouse. The platform that guides the operators who run on it.
Manara is our flagship operational platform — a full ISP CRM and operations system that runs Matrix's own internet service business. Subscribers, billing, fiber network topology, field operations, inventory, finance, and AI-driven analytics, all in one platform. It's the proof that we don't just talk about AI and operations software. We ship it. We run it. And it processes our business every day.
Our headquarters and engineering team operate from Mount Lebanon, with active partnerships extending our reach across the GCC. We are positioned to design and deliver projects wherever our clients operate.
From our Mount Lebanon base, Matrix delivers ISP operations, engineering services, and program management across the country. Two decades of in-market operational experience — and partnerships with government distributors and national service providers — give us privileged access to the regulatory, technical, and commercial fabric of the region.
Through established strategic partnerships in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, Matrix extends its engineering and program delivery capability to clients across the Gulf — bringing operational discipline and engineering design depth to partner-led project programs.
Whether you're planning a fiber rollout, scoping a tender, evaluating Manara, or sizing up an AI deployment — the right next step is a short call. No sales script. Just engineering.
